Accommodations
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. We have reserved a block of rooms for the group at the Wequassett Resort.

Please make your reservations by September 30, 2009. We cannot guarantee rooms after this date.

Room Rate
The room rate is TBD (USD) per night plus tax.

 Transportation
Bus service will be provided to the venue. The meeting site is located two hours south of Boston on Cape Cod. A bus will leave from Hilton Hotel at Logan Airport at 2.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. on November 2.

Please indicate on your registration form if you would like to reserve a space on the bus.
